Our vision for ARISE Youth Worker Care is to create a God-glorifying community among all youth workers in the New England Korean church and beyond. We believe it is crucial for youth workers not to be isolated in ministry and to intentionally grow in their relationships with God.  We desire to build up leaders in the body of Christ to be Gospel-centered disciples themselves as they lead and serve others. ARISE Youth Ministries helps establish this community in the following ways:

  • Youth Worker Training
  • Mentored Ministry (in partnership with Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary)
  • New England-wide youth worker network
  • Youth worker small groups
  • Building and sharing ministry resources
  • Encouragements throughout the year

“I met Sage when I was in high school (I'm now graduating college) first at Firm Foundation (ONE Conference) and then she came to guest speak for my home church, Onnuri. Last night, I was a lucky recipient of one of ARISE's Youth Worker Care Packages and I just wanted to say THANK YOU for the treats. It really brightened my day and I felt so encouraged to continue to serve as a youth group staff member while I am a full-time student. Thank you, ARISE, for bearing likeness with Christ!”

- Janice Lee, Youth Group Teacher

The turnover in youth workers is so high in New England--6 months to 2 years on average--it would be a great help to us if you could let us know if you are currently serving as a youth worker (youth pastor, teacher, volunteer, etc.). This will help us to continue building relationships and unity in ministry here despite the transiency. Please complete and submit this form.
