The always much anticipated annual Thanksgiving Praise Night and Kimchi Bowl (co-ed flag football tournament) are opportunities for churches and youth all over New England to come together for more than just the excitement of competition with a pretty fly trophy on the line. We gather because we are a people each in need of God's grace and one another--the encouragement of the body of Christ. We play together, pray together and live life together for God's glory.

Each year, ARISE partners with a local church who graciously hosts this worship night and welcomes the youth from all over the region into its home. We hope the youth continually see the presence and importance of the church, are served and loved by its faithful men and women and grow in their own love for the church. We are very grateful for its leaders and the moms and dads who earnestly pray for and serve the youth behind the scenes!
During the week leading up to the tournament, we invite all volunteers and participating youth pastors and team coaches together for dinner, tournament overview and prayer as we prepare to serve the youth.
