While 5-day-long conferences and overnight camps cost on average close to $1000, the ARISE Summer Retreat (which is a conference and camp format) has always been a fraction of that cost to allow kids and families greater access to the trained, personal mentors, pastors and teachers, activities, spiritual friendships and relational discipleship we offer.  Our staff personally fundraises each year to try to keep the cost low for students and their Korean families who culturally may not be used to the typical cost of youth conferences and summer camps; or have difficulty with the cost of sending more than one child. Cost is never a factor if any student would like to attend to hear the gospel in many ways and grow together with the body of Christ!

Early Registration (extended to June 23) $249
Regular Registration (by July 9) $299
Walk-ins $329   Walk-in registration may NOT be available this year, so please try to register online by the deadlines!

Registration fee includes dormitory-style housing (2-4 students per room), all meals, program fees, and an ARISE t-shirt.

Financial Assistance:  No student has ever been turned down from ARISE because of financial difficulties.  If a family would like to request assistance for their child, please email us directly at info@ariseyouth.org.  We will do our very best to help!

Refunds can only be issued up until the day before the retreat.

This registration process will require a parent or guardian to sign up the student.

We do it this way because, historically in the Korean church, parents were often left out, not well-informed and had little to no involvement in their children's church activities while youth leaders assumed the primary roles.  We'd like to play a small role to help change this.  We believe that the more youth leaders and parents are communicating and working together for the student's spiritual development, the better!  By this registration process requiring parental consent and payment by credit card, we hope to help more parents become aware and involved. We hope families and church leaders will join their efforts and prayer to allow their children opportunities like these ARISE events. May the youth hear the Gospel clearly, be encouraged by being a part of the larger body of Christ and grow in their love for God and others.

Youth leaders, please prepare in advance to communicate with church leaders, parents and students to allow for enough time for individual sign-ups, preferably by the regular registration deadline. This will allow families to save some money and for us to have the best idea of the final count so that we can assign small groups, rooms and prepare to serve the students in an organized manner. Don't wait till the last minute to sign up!
