Students entering 7th grade in the fall to those who have just graduated from high school can register to attend the ARISE Summer Retreat.

ARISE STUDENT LEADERS (ASL)

If you are going to be a senior or just graduated high school, you may be interested in a different kind of retreat experience!  As an ASL, you will be serving a small group of younger students alongside a counselor.  It is a great opportunity to exercise a generous love for the body of Christ through the hands-on practice of Christ-like servant-leadership.  As an ASL, you will be required to attend the first week of Counselor Training (July 19-22).

ASL applications are required in addition to the general student retreat registration.  The ASL application deadline is July 7.  Submit completed forms to info@ariseyouth.org.

 

COUNSELORS

ARISE Counselor Training Sessions (ACTS)

	Location	St. John's Korean United Methodist Church 2600 Massachusetts Avenue Lexington, MA 02421
	Dates	July 17: 9am -2pm July 19-22: 7-10pm July 26-29: 7-10pm
	Note	Counselor training is mandatory for all ARISE Counselors. ARISE Student Leaders (ASL's) are required to come only to the first week of counselor training but are welcome to attend more.
	Required Reading	How People Change (VantagePoint Books) by Lane & Tripp Chapters 1,2 6-14 are required before the second week of ACTS.
