Students entering 7th group in the fall to those who have just graduated from high school can register to attend the ARISE summer retreat. Register early!

2008 ARISE Student Leaders
|
If you are going to be a senior or just graduated high school, you may be interested in a different kind of retreat experience! As an ASL, you will be serve a small group of younger students alongside a counselor. It is a great opportunity to exercise love for the body of Christ and grow in servant leadership through hands-on experience. As an ASL, you will be required to attend week 1 of counselor training.

| Dates: | Monday, July 21st - Thursday, July 24th from 7pm-10pm
Saturday, July 26th from 9am-2pm
Monday, July 28th - Thursday, July 31st from 7pm-10pm |
| Notes: | Counselor training is MANDATORY for all ARISE Counselors.
ARISE Student Leaders (ASL's) are required to come only to the first week of counselor training. This first week is MANDATORY. |
| Required Reading: | How People Change (VantagePoint Books) by Lane and Tripp
Chapters 1, 2, 6-14 are required before the 2nd week of counselor training but try to read the whole book. It's good for you...and oh yes, there's a quiz. =)
